The reference of a propeller gives no indication of its pitch. Numbers such as 32 / 33 / 34 / 35 / 52 / 53 / 54 / 55 / 72 / 73 / 74 / 75 / 76 / 77... are only internal E-Props references (mold / tooling references).

The mass of the drone is known, so the maximum traction required is known. In the E-Props catalog, there are many fixed pitch propellers that allow reaching this max traction, but not all with the same torque requirement.
The motor has a maximum torque (defined by the electric motor + controller + battery) and a rotation speed at which this maximum torque is available. So at a given point "max torque – max rpm" (i.e. max power), we look for a propeller which, at this torque and rpm, gives the necessary traction. If less traction is needed, a propeller that absorbs less torque can be chosen — the engine will then consume less.
Screw tightening must be done with a torque wrench, with a torque value depending on the screws:

Fixed-pitch propellers can be dismantled into 2 blades for 2-blade models, 3 blades for 3-blade models, and so on. This is practical for transport and storage — and in the event of impact on a blade, it can be replaced without changing the whole propeller.

The maximum rotational speed (at the propeller = maximum engine speed / reduction ratio) depends on the propeller diameter, the number of blades and the blade pitch adopted. It is indicated on the traction / torque curves of this range.
The rotation sense of a propeller is always defined as seen in the wind made by the propeller: clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW).
The maximum power a propeller can absorb depends on each model. It is indicated on the traction / torque curves of this range.
